Located 25km north of the vibrant and cultural city of Montpellier, our gîte is nestled
in a wooded residential neighborhood. We built our
vacation villa to accommodate up to 6 people, paying special attention to offer
the utmost comfort and harmony… bright and comfortable bedrooms...a pleasant living
room…a contemporary fireplace for cozy winter evenings ... a spacious and fully
equipped American-style kitchen... a wood deck with its swinging hammock
for afternoon siestas and a BBQ grill for outdoor lunches and dinners… and last but not least a 8x4m swimming pool for those hot and sunny Mediterranean summer days!
ZOOM ON THE VACATION RENTAL
The gîte is a detached 2-story house of contemporary architecture with a surface
area of 85m2 tucked among live oak trees and boxwood in a wooded residential neighborhood.
It can accommodate up to 6 people maximum.

2 bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed; the other with two 90x200cm
beds plus a 140x200cm mezzanine bed). -
Living room with lots of natural light and a Focus fireplace; backside view
on a wooden patio surrounded by “chênes verts”/live oak trees and
boxwood. -
Spacious and fully equipped American-style kitchen

2 bathrooms (one with bath; one with shower + WC)

Outside table and chairs, lounge chairs, gas BBQ, hammock

Unfenced wooded land around the villa

Swimming pool (8x4m) shared with the owners; fenced with a security-

House linens and towels are provided ... just think to bring your own
towels for the pool. -

CHECK IN/OUT
On your arrival day, we welcome you any time after 4pm unless other arrangements
have been made.
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the house no later than 10am unless another time has been agreed upon. For stays of 1 week or longer, a cleaning fee will automatically be added to the rental price.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Summertime rentals are on a weekly-basis , with a 25% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival. Weekend and short stay rentals are available from October to May or upon request.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation before 6 full weeks before the arrival date of your stay,
your deposit will be returned minus 20€ for processing fees.
In the event of a cancellation between 6 weeks and the arrival date of your stay, the
deposit is retained until we are able to find another party to rent the lodge. As soon as
the lodge is rented to another party, we will return your deposit to you, minus 20€ for
processing fees.
